Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We take great care in ensuring that our orders ship in a timely fashion. We triple check that the products that you order are the products that are shipped to you. However, mistakes may happen, and we pay for shipping the correct items out to you.

Please carefully repackage any incorrectly shipped items in the original packing material and write on the package "RETURN TO SENDER".

When we receive these items, we will reship the correct items promptly.
